Questions
Does paying change kingdom permissions?
Any member may pay for shared kingdom access. The kingdom still controls its members, officers and actions. Personal access belongs to the payer's own verified governors.
How does renewal and cancellation work?
Monthly packages renew until canceled. Cancel in Billing to stop future payments; access lasts until the paid period ends. Campaign purchases have no automatic renewal.
How do I request a refund?
Contact private support with your purchase reference. EU consumers may request cancellation or a refund within 14 days where statutory withdrawal rights apply. Contact support
